Creative direction and design of a title sequence for Brian Hill's compelling documentary about Sweden's first ever serial killer. A dark and gloomy film with a twist, with frames setting the tone and showing glimpses into the killer's childhood. The typographic treatment hints at newspaper fonts taken from headlines at the time with subtle graphic detailing. Below are a selection of frames from the final sequence as well as initial typographic explorations.
